This website, cuttadj.com (the “Site”), is operated by cutta (“cutta,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
By accessing, browsing, or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws. We may update these terms at any time; continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
You may use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
The cutta name, logo, brand, music, recordings, artwork, text, graphics, and all other content on the Site are owned by or licensed to cutta and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not use, reproduce, or distribute any Site content without our prior written permission.
Press and performance photographs on cutta’s official social profiles may be cropped or enhanced for their display format. Publication does not grant permission to reuse the photographs, music, name, or artwork. Twitch, SoundCloud, Facebook, and other social services control their own presentation, playback, account requirements, terms, and privacy practices. An offline image is branding and does not announce a live stream or a scheduled event. Current music, dates, and contact routes are published on this Site.
Featured mixes and short excerpts introduce cutta’s music and DJ work. Credits identify source artists and recordings; they do not grant permission to reuse underlying recordings, compositions, photographs, or artwork. Listening to a mix or viewing an excerpt does not expand the rights described on this page. SoundCloud opens only when you choose a listening link and controls its own playback, availability, account requirements, terms, and privacy practices.
You may email photos, videos, or other content to [email protected] for private review. Send only material you have the right to share, and avoid including sensitive personal information. You retain your rights in your content. Sending a submission does not transfer copyright or grant permission for public or promotional use; any such use requires separately agreed permission, including any credit and other terms.
A submission does not guarantee a reply, payment, publication, or credit. Sharing footage does not clear rights in music, other people’s likenesses, or other third-party material it contains.
From time to time the Site offers free downloads of cutta edits, remixes, and flips (“Free Tracks”) in exchange for an email address. By downloading a Free Track, you agree to the following license and terms:
The short audio previews are provided for listening before you choose a download. Preview playback does not subscribe you to email. A preview does not grant permission to copy, redistribute, sample, synchronize, or otherwise reuse the recording, and it does not expand the rights described in the Free Track Downloads section. Track details are shown only when supported by the audio file or confirmed release information; details we cannot verify are omitted.
Selected performance posts are shown through Instagram when you choose play. Instagram supplies each post’s publication details. Listening links may open Spotify or SoundCloud. Those services control their own availability, playback, account requirements, terms, and privacy practices. The presence of a venue, artist, or collaborator in footage does not imply a separate endorsement of cutta.
Separately, any sample packs, loops, sounds, or other original production materials cutta offers for free download on the Site (“Materials”) are provided for your use in your own original music productions, subject to the following: you may use the Materials royalty-free within your own musical works; you may not resell, redistribute, repackage, or otherwise make the Materials available to others as standalone sounds, samples, or sample packs, whether for free or for sale. The Materials are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. cutta retains all ownership rights in the Materials.
The Contact page asks for your event date, city, venue and requested set length so the booking recipient can assess your inquiry. Sending an inquiry does not confirm availability, reserve a date or create a booking agreement. Any engagement requires separate confirmation and agreed terms.
The policy summaries beside the merchandise Buy controls describe the terms below. Please review these shipping and return terms before ordering.
The Site sells physical merchandise and Sonic System plugin licenses (the “Store”). All prices are in U.S. dollars, and payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. This section covers physical merchandise, which is produced and shipped on demand by our fulfillment partner, Printful (Printful receives your name and shipping address solely to produce and deliver your order). Plugin licenses are digital goods governed by the “Sonic System Audio Plugins” section below.
cutta makes a family of desktop audio plugins under the Sonic System name (the “Plugins”). This section governs downloading, trying, and licensing the Plugins, and applies together with the rest of these terms. The Plugins’ optional network features are described in the Privacy Policy (see News Check and Update Check).
VST is a registered trademark of Steinberg Media Technologies GmbH. DAW and host names mentioned on the Site or in Plugin materials are trademarks of their respective owners; cutta and the Plugins are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Tour dates, venues, and event information on the Site are provided for convenience and are subject to change or cancellation without notice. Ticket purchases, table reservations, RSVPs, and event admission are handled by third parties (such as ticketing platforms and venues), each with their own terms, policies, and pricing. cutta does not sell tickets directly, is not responsible for third-party transactions, and makes no guarantee regarding event availability, lineups, pricing, refunds, or admission. Any links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only; we do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices.
Some ticket links pay us. A ticket link on this Site may carry a referral (affiliate) code identifying this Site as the referrer, and cutta may earn a commission or referral fee from the ticket seller if you buy through it. That fee is paid by the ticket seller out of its own revenue: it adds nothing to the price you pay, and the price, fees, availability, and terms are the ticket seller’s whether you arrive through our link or go to the seller directly. A link is chosen because it points at the correct performance, on the correct date, at the correct venue, never because it pays. Some dates are linked to venue or reservation pages that pay us nothing at all, and the presence or absence of a referral code never changes which date is listed or how it is described. Nothing on this Site is an endorsement of any ticket seller, and we are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or acting as an agent of any ticketing platform.
The Site may include unlisted interactive pages, such as a browser game. They are free, provided for entertainment, and offered “as is” under the Disclaimer of Warranties below. They contain fast motion and flashing light. The Metro world includes full vertical loops, inverted sections and rapid changes in elevation and bank. If you are sensitive to flashing light or motion, including photosensitive epilepsy or motion sickness, do not play, or use the calm mode the page offers, which slows the climb and disables Metro's loops; stop at once if you feel unwell. Do not play while driving, walking, or anywhere you need to watch your surroundings, and take particular care with motion (tilt) controls.
Play safely. Do not play if you are tired or unwell, play in a lit room, take a break every half hour, and stop if you feel dizzy, faint, disoriented or notice any twitching or altered vision. A very small number of people may have seizures triggered by flashing light or patterns, even with no history of epilepsy; if that describes you or your family, ask a doctor before playing. The game also plays music: start at a low volume and protect your hearing. The game carries these warnings on screen before the first run. Calm mode reduces speed, roll, flashing and shake, and disables Metro's loops.
The game, its code, visuals, sound and text are original works of cutta, all rights reserved, and are licensed to you only to play on this Site: you may not copy, extract, host, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute them, or use them commercially, without written permission. The game is an original work in a general genre; it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or derived from any other game, studio or publisher, and any similarity of genre, mechanics or name is not intended to suggest otherwise. It uses two third-party components under their own open-source licences, whose notices are published with the game: the three.js library (MIT License) and the Archivo typeface (SIL Open Font License). The game names those licences on its own credits screen.
The all-time boards. The game has two ways to play. Endurance is the ranked way: it always starts at zone 1, and at the end of such a run you may save it to a public top-ten board under a nickname you choose. Practice lets you start inside any world, at any difficulty, and never publishes anything: a practice run saves no score and reaches no board. Each difficulty keeps its own board (calm, normal and insanity are separate, and an endurance run is saved only to the board for the difficulty it was played on). Saving is optional and nothing is published unless you type a name and press save.
The game’s soundtrack is original music by cutta, used on this Site with the rights holder’s permission and credited on screen by title. It is streamed so it can be played in the game, which changes its tempo and pitch as you play. It is not offered as a download, and no licence is granted to copy, record, capture, redistribute, broadcast, perform publicly, synchronise to video, train a model on, or otherwise use it; all rights reserved. If you believe any part of it infringes your rights, use the DMCA / Copyright Notice section below and it will be taken down while the claim is reviewed.
Emails sent from this Site’s domain may display the cutta logo beside the sender in email clients that support the open BIMI (Brand Indicators for Message Identification) standard. That display is served from a public DNS record and a static logo image on this Site. It does not collect, read, or act on any personal information, and it does not trigger or alter any marketing message: it is only a brand indicator in email. Mail providers that support BIMI verify the logo against the sending domain before showing it.
The Site may display third-party advertisements served through Google. Advertisements are the content of their advertisers: cutta does not review, endorse, or verify advertiser content, and the appearance of an ad on the Site does not constitute a recommendation or endorsement by cutta. Any dealings between you and an advertiser, including payment for and delivery of goods or services, are solely between you and that advertiser. To the fullest extent permitted by law, cutta is not liable for advertiser products, services, or claims. Ads on the Site may be personalized based on your prior visits to this and other websites; see the Advertising section of the Privacy Policy for what is collected and how to opt out.
The Site, the Plugins, and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, cutta and its affiliates, agents, and representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, the Plugins, third-party events or tickets, or any content or Materials, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless cutta from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Massachusetts.
↑ Back to topWe respect your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Our Sonic System desktop audio plugins can display short product news inside the plugin. To do this, an installed plugin downloads a small public news file from this Site (cuttadj.com/news/sonic-system.json) at most once per day.
If this mechanism ever changes to collect anything more, we will update this policy before doing so.
Our Sonic System desktop audio plugins can also let you know when a newer version of that plugin is available. To do this, an installed plugin downloads a small public version list from this Site (cuttadj.com/plugins/versions.json) at most once per day and compares it against the version you are running.
If this mechanism ever changes to collect anything more, or to deliver software rather than a notice, we will update this policy before doing so.
The booking link opens your email app addressed to [email protected]. Your message and the event details you choose to include are sent to that recipient through your email provider when you send the email. Opening the link does not submit a website form or subscribe you to the cutta mailing list. Share only the details needed for your inquiry.
The visible email labels on the music-download and sample-pack forms identify the existing email field. These downloads still join the cutta mailing list as described in the download terms and Email & Marketing section below, with unsubscribe available at any time.
We review aggregate creator statistics supplied by music and social platforms, such as plays, likes, reposts, repeat listening, audience locations, and referral sources, to understand how releases perform. Individual fan profiles are not copied into this Site or its performance records. Listening does not enroll you in email updates or contact lists. These listening links add no new Site tracking code; the linked platform’s own privacy practices apply.
The Media submissions link opens your email app addressed to management. Opening the link does not upload content. If you send an email, we receive your email address, message, attachments or download links, and any name, show details, preferred credit, or file metadata you choose to include. Your email and file-sharing providers process what you send under their own policies.
We use submissions to review the content, respond, and discuss possible use. Submissions are reviewed privately and are not automatically published or used for promotion. Sending media does not subscribe you to the mailing list. We keep submission correspondence only as long as needed for those purposes or applicable legal obligations. To request deletion, contact [email protected] and identify your submission.
If you subscribe, you consent to receive upcoming show announcements, new music releases, and occasional cutta updates by email. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. You may also email us to be removed. Emails sent from cutta’s domain are enabled for the Site’s BIMI brand logo (see Email Branding in the Terms of Use); that indicator is served from cuttadj.com's DNS and static image files and involves no additional collection or use of your information.
We use trusted third-party services to run the Site and our mailing list, for example, hosting and security providers, and an email-delivery provider used to send our newsletters. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services. We do not sell your personal information for money; for how personalized advertising is treated under California law, see the Advertising section below.
The homepage uses locally hosted preview images for selected public performance posts. The Instagram player and its script load only when you choose play on a post. At that point, Meta receives your IP address, browser and device information, and the address of this page, and may use cookies or similar technologies under its Privacy Policy. You can instead use the direct Instagram link, which opens Instagram separately. Closing the player removes its embedded content. This player is separate from the Site’s existing advertising pixel, described below.
Cloudflare Web Analytics provides aggregate information about page views, referring sites, browser and device categories, and page performance so we can understand and improve the Site. This analytics service does not use cookies or browser storage, fingerprint visitors, or track individuals across websites. It is separate from the ordinary hosting and security logs and from the advertising services described below. See Cloudflare’s description of Web Analytics.
The short audio previews are hosted on this Site and start only when you press play. No streaming provider is contacted by these local audio controls, and playing a preview does not join the mailing list. As with other Site files, hosting and security providers receive the technical information needed to deliver the audio. Choosing a Spotify or SoundCloud listening link opens that provider, whose own terms and privacy policy apply.
The Site itself sets minimal cookies or similar technologies necessary for its basic operation and security. Separately, Google’s advertising script and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising pixel each set third-party cookies and similar identifiers, described in the Advertising section below. The embedded video players (YouTube, and Twitch while a live stream is showing) can also set third-party cookies, but only if you click play, as described in the Live Stream section. The selected Instagram players load only when you choose play and may use third-party cookies, as described in Instagram Performance Posts. Cloudflare Web Analytics itself does not set cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Some pages show a small card promoting our own things (a release, the store, the mailing list). Which one you see is chosen by software we run ourselves at adamp.cuttadj.com. It is not an ad network, no outside advertiser is involved, and it does not build a profile that follows you across other websites.
To make that choice it receives only: whether you are on a phone or a desktop, the hour of day, and which slot on the page the card sits in. It does not receive your name, your postal address, or your payment details.
It stores two small values in your own browser: the id of the last card you were shown (so a click can be matched to the right card) and, if you dismiss the card, a note not to show it again for the rest of your visit. Clearing site data in your browser removes both.
If you subscribe to the mailing list, that same software is told a subscription happened, so it can learn which promo led to it. Your email address is hashed (converted one way, so it cannot be read back) before it is sent, and it is sent only to our own server. We do not send your email address to advertisers.
The same software also receives a small aggregate signal about the Google ads described in the Advertising section below: whether an ad unit displayed or not (Google’s own fill status) and whether an ad appears to have been clicked (inferred from the page losing focus while your pointer is over an ad). These signals are bucketed only by site, device type, and time-of-day band. They contain no identifiers and no per-visitor records, set no cookies of their own, are sent only to our own server, and are not shared with any third party.
When cutta is streaming, the featured video on the home page shows a Live on Twitch badge. To decide whether to show that badge, the Site asks our own server whether the channel is currently live. That check happens server-side and sends nothing about you to Twitch or anyone else.
Nothing loads from Twitch until you click play. The badge on its own makes no request to Twitch. If you do click play, the Twitch player is embedded in the page, and at that point Twitch (Amazon) receives your IP address, your browser and device information, and the address of the page you are on, and it may set its own cookies or similar identifiers. In that moment Twitch is acting on its own behalf under its own privacy notice, which we do not control. If you would rather not load it, do not click play.
When the stream ends, the badge disappears and the featured video reverts to the YouTube embed. The same rule applies there: YouTube (Google) is only contacted if you click play on that player.
The game runs in your browser. It sends us nothing about your play unless you choose to save a finished run to a board, as described below: there is no account, no sign-in, and nothing about a run is uploaded while you play.
This Site uses Google to serve advertising. Google’s advertising script loads on the pages of this Site, and ad units may appear on any page of the Site. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
This Site also loads the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising pixel on its pages. The pixel reports your visit and the pages you view to Meta, so that advertising for cutta can be measured and targeted on Meta’s platforms, including to people who have visited this Site before. Meta is a recipient of the information described in the next paragraph.
For advertising, the categories of information collected by Google, Meta, and their partners include online identifiers (such as cookie IDs and advertising IDs), IP address, device and browser information, and information about your activity on this Site, such as the pages you view. We do not give advertisers your name, your email address, or your order details.
Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this Site and/or other sites on the Internet. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, and you can opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info/choices.
California residents. Serving personalized ads involves "sharing" your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising as those terms are used in the CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell your personal information for money. To opt out, use Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information below, or enable a browser-level opt-out signal such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), which we honour. When your browser sends a GPC signal, this Site turns off personalized advertising and does not load the Meta pixel for that visit, and it tells you on the page that the signal was honoured.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. Email [email protected] with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share" and we will apply the opt-out. You can also opt out on this device by turning on Global Privacy Control in your browser (this Site honours it automatically), via Google Ads Settings, and for Meta via your Meta ad preferences.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you will be asked for your consent choices before personalized ads are shown, and you can change those choices at any time.
We do not share your email address or any information you give us (for example, when subscribing or buying) with advertisers.
We retain subscriber information for as long as you remain subscribed or as needed for the purposes described above, and we take reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to unsubscribe, by emailing us at [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page.
↑ Back to topThe homepage video-preview image is an AI-assisted photographic remaster of a supplied live-performance photo. It is a promotional still, not a frame from the linked recording. Photographs may be cropped and edited for presentation.
Decorative header motion, including the logo's magnetic pointer response, respects your device's reduced-motion preference. The featured video sits against a plain black backdrop. Its decorative float, tilt, and highlight stop when you start playback so the player remains steady. These local visual effects do not add tracking or change the existing click-to-load YouTube or Twitch playback and privacy behavior.
All information on the Site is provided in good faith for general informational and promotional purposes only. We make no representation or warranty of any kind regarding the accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, or completeness of any information on the Site.
Event dates, times, venues, lineups, and ticketing are controlled by third parties and may change or be cancelled at any time without notice. cutta is not responsible for, and disclaims all liability relating to, third-party events, ticket sales, venue policies, refunds, or admission decisions.
Tour listings on the Site are maintained automatically. A date is removed from the tour list once that performance has ended, so the dates offered for booking are upcoming dates only; the absence of a past date from that list is not a statement that it did not take place. A date that is cancelled or postponed is not silently removed: it remains listed and clearly marked as cancelled or postponed, with its ticket or reservation link withdrawn, until the original date has passed. Listings are published in good faith from the schedule we hold and may lag a change made by the venue or promoter, so always confirm with the venue or ticket seller before travelling. If you hold a ticket or reservation for a date that changes, refunds and rescheduling are handled by the venue or ticket seller under their own policies, not by us.
Referral links. Some ticket links on the tour list and on the tour globe carry a referral code, and cutta may earn a commission from the ticket seller on a purchase made through one of them, at no extra cost to you. See Tickets, Events & Third-Party Links in the Terms of Use.
The tour globe shows past dates as well as upcoming ones. A performance that has already taken place stays on the globe as a dimmed marker, and the lines drawn between markers show the order those dates were played. A past date is a record, not an offer. It is labelled as played, it carries no ticket, table or RSVP link, and nothing on the globe should be read as an invitation to buy admission to a performance that has already happened. Any counts shown on the globe, such as the number of shows played or the number of cities played, describe only the dates published on this Site, are generated from those listings rather than entered by hand, and are not a statement of career totals, attendance, audience size, or the size or reception of any performance.
Where a date names another artist, for example as an opening or support slot, that names the billing for that performance as we hold it. It is not a statement that the other artist, the venue, or any promoter endorses, sponsors, is affiliated with, or has approved cutta or this Site, and no such endorsement or affiliation should be inferred from a date appearing on the tour list, on the globe, or on any venue page under /boston/.
The individual venue pages list the rooms cutta has played, with each venue's name and address. Venue and promoter names are used there only to identify where a performance took place. They remain the marks of their owners, and their appearance on this Site is not a claim of endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, or approval by the venue, nor a claim that cutta holds any continuing engagement at that venue beyond the dates listed. Dates shown as past are a record of performances that have happened and are not an offer to sell admission.
The Site may contain links to external websites and platforms (including social media, ticketing, and streaming services) that are not operated by us. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability of those sites.
The Site may display advertisements served by third parties, including Google. Advertiser content is created and controlled by the advertisers; its appearance on the Site is not a recommendation or endorsement by cutta, and we make no representation about any advertised product, service, or claim. The Site is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google. See the Advertising section of the Privacy Policy for how advertising works on the Site.
The Sonic System plugins are audio tools that can produce loud or unexpected sounds, particularly at high gain, resonance, feedback, or distortion settings. Protect your hearing and your equipment: start at low monitoring levels when trying a new plugin or preset. To the fullest extent permitted by law, cutta is not responsible for hearing injury, damage to speakers, headphones, or other equipment, or lost or corrupted projects, sessions, or audio arising from use of the plugins. Audio-software behavior can vary across DAWs, hosts, operating systems, and hardware; the free trial exists precisely so you can verify stability and compatibility in your own setup before purchasing, and we recommend saving your work often and keeping backups of important sessions.
Nothing on the Site constitutes professional, legal, financial, or other advice.
↑ Back to topcutta respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects Site users to do the same. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to [email protected] that includes:
Upon receipt of a valid notice, cutta will review and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material in question. If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with a similarly detailed statement to the same address; cutta may restore the material as required by law absent further action by the original complainant.

↑ Back to topNew merchandise pages label Printful-generated mockups. A mockup illustrates the selected garment, color and design; it is not a photograph of a finished physical sample. If a physical sample of a new print has not been reviewed, its product page says so. Color and placement can vary slightly in production.
Choosing to offer a design before a physical sample review does not remove your rights if an item is defective, damaged, materially misdescribed or cannot be shipped as promised. The shipping, cancellation and return terms on this site continue to apply.
Updated October 6, 2026 for the merchandise publication workflow.
When you buy physical merchandise, the order details needed for production and delivery are shared with Printful. These include the selected item, size or color, shipping name and address, and contact details supplied with the order. Stripe processes payment information.
Updated October 6, 2026 for the merchandise publication workflow.
The CUTTA hoodie in cream and black is shown publicly through product renders. Public product views do not enable purchasing. Garment specifications describe the selected blank; the images do not establish physically tested fit, feel or final label appearance. Private access allows an authorized visitor to order a sample only for a size and color whose garment, decoration files and fulfillment configuration are ready. Entering an access code does not create an order, reserve stock or confirm a payment.
These sample orders are part of product development. A physical sample of this hoodie has not yet been reviewed for fit, softness, stitch appearance or wash performance. Supplier mockups illustrate the selected configuration; they do not establish those physical qualities. The product page identifies the garment and decoration method, and shows the sample-review status before checkout. An embroidered logo and a custom printed inside label are different decorations; a printed inside label is not a sewn woven brand tag. The inside-label image is a branding artwork reference, not a photograph of a finished neck label. Printful adds the size, fiber content and country-of-origin information. The physical printed label layout remains part of sample review.
Private sample checkout is a real purchase through Stripe when enabled. The full price, shipping charge and applicable tax are shown before payment. The selected hoodie is made and shipped by Printful. The existing shipping, cancellation, defective-item and refund terms apply to a sample purchase, including any stronger rights provided by applicable law. Sample status does not excuse an inaccurate description, a defective item or a failure to ship as promised.
Private hoodie sample prices cover the supplier's quoted production cost, standard shipping, supplier-quoted tax and any disclosed decoration setup fees. These sample orders use the actual quoted shipping charge instead of the public store's flat $6 shipping charge. The address and selected size determine the quote. Initial sample checkout supports one hoodie per order and delivery within the United States. Quotes expire after 15 minutes; the payment page shows the final amount before you choose to pay.
Hoodie size guides show supplier garment measurements in inches with the garment laid flat. Chest width is measured across the garment, not around the body; body length is measured from the high point of the shoulder beside the collar to the bottom hem. Measurements may vary. Comparing dimensions can help select a sample size, but does not establish an identical fit or feel to another garment or brand. Choose the size explicitly before requesting a sample quote.
Updated October 10, 2026 for private hoodie sample ordering and garment sizing.
Successful private access sets a necessary, signed cookie in your browser for up to seven days. The cookie is restricted to this site, is sent only over a secure connection, cannot be read by page scripts and is used to authorize private sample checkout. Choosing Exit private access removes it. It does not create an account, identify you as the brand owner or add you to a mailing list.
To limit repeated code attempts, we keep a keyed hash of the requesting IP address and an attempt count in this site's Cloudflare storage. Each saved counter expires ten minutes after its last saved attempt. This limiter does not store the raw IP address or the submitted access code. The hosting and security logs described elsewhere in this policy are separate.
Ordering through private access uses the payment, order-support and fulfillment information already described in this policy. Stripe processes the payment. Printful receives the selected garment, size, color, decoration configuration and the contact and shipping information needed to make and deliver the order. Private access does not provide marketing consent.
Private sample quotes and their payment and fulfillment references are retained in this site's Cloudflare storage for up to 45 days. These records include the contact and delivery information you enter, the selected item and the quoted charges. Stripe and Printful retain their own payment and fulfillment records under their policies. Do not enter another person's information without permission.
Updated October 9, 2026 for private hoodie sample ordering.
